MNL - Business Process Architect (Lean Six Sigma)

Key Responsibilities

Organisation Performance and Service Management

  • Proactively driving business process improvement, targeted process engineering & Transactional Process Design Analysis.
  • Promote Process Standardisation – identify variability in operational protocols and understand opportunities of common denomination
  • Support transformation initiatives to transition low complex/high volume transactional processing.
  • Drive Process Optimisation – Removal of non-value add wastage activities and increasing value proposition services of client delivery teams
  • Quantitative Statistical Analysis of VOP (Voice of the Process) & have the capability to interpret the data in a meaningful fashion to senior management allowing them to make informed decisions.
  • Facilitate process teams through ATS (Analytical Trouble Shooting) & Modelling the use of LEAN, Six Sigma.  Educate staff members and functional process practitioners in the use of standard business process improvement techniques and tools.
  • Development and delivery of Global LEAN, Six Sigma curriculum to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor LEAN Six Sigma Projects with potential for global scope.
  • Facilitate the documentation, monitoring, and analysis of Global processes.
  • Provide guidance to Business Analyst and Performance Reporting Analyst to develop appropriate process documentation and measurements systems, respectively.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and company management to plan, prioritize, and manage process improvement projects.
  • Recommend improvements in processes, people, systems and structures, to reduce waste and continuously improve performance.
  • Use industry standard Project Management methodologies to plan, implement and track deliverables.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Work with the Shared Services Manager and Business Support Service management team to assess if customer requirements are being met effectively for the duration of the project.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Visio and PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience in processing large data sets; import/export data, pivot tables and pivot charts.
  • Ability to interpret complex concepts and communicate these effectively to others
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
  • Strong customer service and collaboration / relationship building skills (both internal and external)
  • Ability to self-manage, multi task and adhere to adhere to schedules
  • Strong sense of initiation, proactivity, responsibility, ownership and excellent attention to detail
  • Seek opportunities for continual improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Displays confidentiality and integrity at all times.

  • Process Re-engineering (Optimization, Standardization & Transformation) experience within the service Sector – highly desirable.
  • Project Management experience
  • Partnering with internal stakeholder and senior managers – essential.
  • Proven track record within a similar role – highly desirable
  • Proven track record of proactively managing multiple projects through to completion – essential.
  • Experience in VBA - ability to understand, use and code macros (desirable).

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems / tools (desirable)
  • Experience in a global shared services organisation (desirable)
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in quality assurance, reporting and analytics preferably in a shared services environment
  • Experience in Process Re-engineering
