About the role:

Our Buildings division in Adelaide has had a long track record of delivering world class projects throughout South Australia, but also play a major role in delivering projects across the Built Environment sector nationally. 

We are seeking a new Principal Electrical Engineer who will help to drive client engagements and project delivery across the South Australian region, will partner closely with our teams in Melbourne on several major opportunities and who will also take a leadership role in championing our Client Service Excellence & Innovation programmes.

The responsibility of the position will include:

  • Leading, developing and motivating team members, from a line management and project leadership perspective in the Adelaide office.
  • Collaborate with the Client Directors to ensure our Client & Work Winning Strategies are consistently implemented and strengthen our Client Experience.
  • Engage regularly with the extended Buildings leadership team to facilitate strong collaboration and ensure we take the very best of Aurecon to all our Clients.
  • Taking a Project Director role, maintaining accountability for resourcing, timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance and scope management
