The Competency Coordinator is responsible in supporting competency based learning and assessment of our Project Delivery function to ensure staff have the required competencies to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner.
This role will also play a significant role in supporting the Competency assessors, by ensuring a moderated, balanced assessment is conducted on all staff. They will also support professional development of project delivery staff with both on and off the job training advice.
